If you are wanting more power, unquestionable cut quality, and reliabilty in a plasma cutter, but you just can't justify spending your green for something that is gray, the PowerPlasma 62i is the answer.  As the all new replacement for the ever popular PowerPlasma 60S, the PowerPlasma 62i has been built around a reliable, tested all digital inverter platform.  This allows the unit to do more with less circuitry and points of failure than ever before.  This plasma cutter though has kept all of the old features and added many new ones, so nothing was sacrificed in the way of features.  The display has been upgraded to offer large, easy to read numbers even in bright light.  The new addition of digital readouts for both the Post-Flow time and the Air-Pressure has added to the plasma cutter's operator oriented design.  Along with a digital display for the air pressure, the unit features an color coded LED guide system that helps you to properly set the air pressure for each cut mode without having to refer to a chart or manual.  A new gouge feature has been added for cutting out metal defects and old welds.  Also, a separate function has been added for CNC operation.

Notes:
To improve consumable life and prevent torch damage, the customer must supply and install a separate air dryer inline in addition to the regulator/water trap supplied by Everlast. The water trap Everlast supplies with the unit is not designed to remove all moisture from the air.
When using on a generator, the generator must be "clean power" rated by its manufacturer, which is 5% or less Total Harmonic Distortion (THD).  Failure to operate on a clean power rated generator will damage the unit and void the warranty.  For more generator information and recommendations, consult the manual.
If operating on a generator, the generator must be certified by its manufacturer to have "clean power" output. Use a generator that is rated for a minimum of 10,000 surge watts.

Plasma cutting capacity is affected by several factors.  Ideal cutting conditions require dry air, new consumables, proper air pressure etc.   Quality of cut depends upon consumable orifice size, standoff height,  and travel speed.
Returns
For returns, contact must be made within72 hours of delivery so an RMA number is issued. If there is damage, we can help file a damage claim immediately.
DOA items: In the event you receive a non working unit , we will exchange it free of charge.
Items returned must be in an GOOD condition. We will inspect all returns before accepting the package. We will not accept packages that have missing parts, damages, and packages that have not been approved for return by our initial contact or packages missing an RMA number. These packages will be refused and sent back to YOU at your cost.
